We are back to complete the belt dryer at Schweizer Zucker AG in Frauenfeld: We were able to install the seven exhaust air chimneys in just one day!
Final assembly after a scheduled break
We completed the basic assembly of the low-temperature belt dryer for Schweizer Zucker AG in 2024, ahead of the sugar campaign. Then it was time for us to make room in order not to disrupt the campaign. Now we are back to complete the installation as scheduled.
The belt dryer has already received its total of seven exhaust air chimneys - in just one day thanks to good planning and preparation! This would not have been possible without the excellent co-operation with the Toggenburger company, which provided the 380t crane. The team really did a great job here.
Now we ‘only’ have to wire the dryer and fit it with an enclosure. This is important for noise protection, because when up to 1.5 million cubic metres of air flow through the dryer during operation, you should hear as little of it as possible.
